Joshua Burnside

If you're tired of the same old scenester shuffle, Joshua Burnside's gig is the sonic antidote your soul craves. Picture this: a dimly lit venue thrumming with the kind of electric anticipation you felt the first time you heard Neutral Milk Hotel on vinyl. Burnside, the bard from Belfast who's a master of weaving folk intricacies with electronic avant-garde, is set to transform your Tuesday night into a transcendental experience. His lyrics read like moody poetry, and his melodies are the musical equivalent of a Wes Anderson film shot in the misty moors of Ireland. Doors open at 7 PM, but you'll want to be front and center for the kind of musical storytelling that makes a grown adult cry into their craft IPA. Don't be the one who hears about it the next day over fair-trade espresso and artisanal pastries—be there and become part of the folklore.
